With 25+ years of experience in career development coaching, culture, and programming, I am passionate about helping high-achieving individuals and communities thrive. I specialize in integrating career development programs and coaching systems into existing populations, building strong relationships, challenging people when they feel stuck, and celebrating their successes along the way. I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands, including executives, business owners, early-career professionals, career changers, caregivers returning to the workforce, and those navigating personal or professional setbacks. My approach combines coaching techniques grounded in counseling, developmental, and educational psychology. While at the College of Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis, I created and led the school’s first comprehensive career development program, forging partnerships with top global architecture firms such as Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, HOK, Perkins + Will, Gensler, and CannonDesign. By working closely with multiple stakeholders, I helped elevate the College’s national ranking in Design Intelligence magazine. Beyond career coaching, I am an award-winning portrait photographer whose work has been nationally recognized in American Baby magazine and honored in the SEEN competition for three consecutive years. As a business owner, I successfully developed and scaled a photography business, overseeing everything from marketing and client relations to creative direction and financial management—doubling my client base year-over-year for five consecutive cycles.
