I am passionate about helping students discover their path and achieve their goals. As a Career Coach serving Paragould Junior and Senior High Schools in partnership with Black River Technical College, I guide students as they explore enrollment, enlistment, and employment opportunities. What I Do * Provide individualized and group post-secondary and career coaching * Develop and deliver engaging workshops and presentations tailored to student needs, with a focus on the under-served and middle majority * Plan and chaperone college and industry tours that help students envision their futures * Organize Career Exploration Camps to address the career exposure gap * Coordinate College Fairs with Arkansas trade schools, colleges, and universities * Partner with local industries to host Career Fairs and connect students to real opportunities * Plan and lead Arkansas Applied Campaign (ACC) activities * Assist students with academic planning aligned to their post-secondary goals * Create networking and professional growth opportunities for students * Creator of the Arkansas Career Coach’s Facebook group where Career Coaches from across the state can share ideas, ask questions, and find solutions to serve their students effectively Above all, I strive to be creative, have fun, and inspire every student I meet to take bold steps toward their future.
