He successfully managed high-volume hiring needs in fields ranging from Cybersecurity and Finance to Business Operations, Legal, and Data Engineering. His work included leading diversity hiring initiatives, improving compensation processes, designing and overseeing recruiting operations, mentoring junior recruiters, and building strong, long-term client relationships.
