With over 2 years of experience in employability, I've been able to support people in finding sustainable jobs they enjoy . I love helping others see their true potential and achieve their dreams! *I achieved a first-class degree in Human Resource Management , which has given me a solid understanding of how organisations work from an HR perspective and the importance of aligning individual strengths with what a company needs . Additionally, I recently completed my IEP Level 2 qualification, enhancing my skills in providing information, advice, and guidance to my job seekers .My main goal is to continue growing in my field, finding new ways to empower my participants and support them in their journey to meaningful employment
