Streght is to support my team to plan, develop and produce career supporting, management and job search services and to collect, develop and distribute tools and good practices of career councelling. Core competence: coaching, working life knowledge, creating and designing career services. I have worked with career related themes in different roles for over an decade. I have planned, organized and launched educations, mentoring program, coaching events and trainings also in virtual environments. I work in close cooperation with my colleagues and our largest project has been e-coaching. I have received positive feedback on my development skills, encouraging attitude and that I am good at creating a trusting atmosphere. My goalI am Solution Focused Coach and my goal is to help people see a larger picture of who they are, what they want, what is their passion and what they are good at. That is why I want to develop my competence, I like to develop and productize services and I get involved in development programs and projects within our organization and with my collaboration partners.
