One of my greatest passions is running and I perceive each challenge working with my clients as a long-distance race - preparation, perseverance, goals, enjoying the journey, teamwork to reach the finish line.*My professional experience began as a Recruiter in recruitment agencies, where I grew towards Leadership roles. Then I worked for a multinational company - Schneider Electric; where I grew in the area of ​​Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. In 2019 I undertook my professional and life project, my other little boy; 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, where I act as the Headhunter and 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 with the aim of helping digital & tech companies grow with their challenges across Europe and United States.On the other hand, in 2015 I studied Coaching (it changed my life).
