Inge Swartelé has more than 20 years experience in human resources. Early in her career, Inge led the Expatriation Department of a major international chemical company in the Benelux, Nordic countries and the UK and has an extensive knowledge of corporate environments and the human impact of trans-national roles. Her work as a senior consultant at Borderless Executive Search in the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors draws on substantial HR expertise and was distinguished by a persistent focus and refined client interaction.
