I help people target their ideal job by using simple keyword searches as well as networking and connecting to the RIGHT people. Many jobseekers see the job search as an employee but in fact should change their MINDSET and start to think like the employer. There are a multitude of reasons why a candidate gets skipped over in the application process: Applicant tracking system Not enough keywords Lack of experience Networking incorrectly The list goes on and on. I have found that many times human connection has been left out of the job hunt and we need more connecting with people; not just resume submissions.
