My career started in politics and government, including my first stint in recruiting at The White House. After that, I spent 4 years in executive search, and then almost 6 years in corporate recruiting. My time there culminated in building the recruiting function for a media company, including launching the first recruiting team, setting up company-wide processes, and hiring great talent to transform a changing industry. After becoming a mom, I decided to shift gears a bit to focus on raising my daughters and pursuing personal and family goals. Since 2019, I've had two children, earned a graduate degree, pursued my SHRM-SCP, completed an executive coaching certificate, and spent extended time in Europe, Hawaii, and an RV!Now I'm a career coach, helping individuals reach their personal and professional goals, better align their work and life with their values, and find greater fulfillment.
