As Principal of A+ Etiquette, a professional protocol consulting company, I combine expertise in business etiquette with extensive experience working with thousands of employers and job candidates. I have facilitated more than 100 programs at universities and organizations throughout New England and New York including: Babson College, Boston University, Connecticut College, Dartmouth College, Harvard College, HGWISE, Harvard Kennedy School, Husson University, Merrimack College, Northeastern Grad School of Business, Salve Regina, Salem State University, Smith College, Suffolk University, Tufts University, University of Massachusetts Boston and Lowell, University of New Hampshire, Wellesley College, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and Wesleyan. During more than 30 years in Higher Education, I worked with job seekers and hiring managers at Tufts University, Boston College, the University of Pennsylvania, Bentley University, and Colby College. As the Career Center Director at Tufts University, I oversaw a staff of 12 and campus-wide delivery of all programs and services involving career development, experiential education, and employer relations for undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni. Currently, I also serve on the board of the Career Counselors Consortium where I coordinate 8-10 Professional Development Seminars annually for a membership of 150 private and university career coaches.
