Jennifer Hinojosa

As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I have firsthand experience with the challenges related to career exploration. With an extensive background as a Talent Strategist prioritizing equity and social justice and specializing in fostering diversity within leadership teams across non-profit and technology sectors, including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, my goal is to share my knowledge and provide support to historically oppressed BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent youth throughout their career journeys.Beyond my professional experience, I'm obsessed with libraries and learning! I'm constantly exploring new books, delving into topics like social justice, intersectionality, and the systemic inequalities that impact marginalized communities, including my own in South Central Los Angeles. I'm committed to using my privilege to create a more equitable world by continuously interrogating my own unconscious biases and working towards a just society.
