I am a Profession Certified Coach (PCC) who brings more than 20 years of training and leadership experience, combined with a Master's in Education to my coaching and consulting practice. I have a passion for helping others find JOY through mindfulness and personal growth. My coaching training was completed at DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY, where I continue to serve as a resource to new coaching students. I also serve as a Mentor-Coach to graduate MBA students at RMU.
