I'm a business psychologist; supporting men and women establish great careers and great places to work, but have a special penchant for helping women get the most out of their work lives. You’ll find I’m a mine of information, have great insight, a calm approach, and a knack of helping clients to come up with robust and creative solutions for their work challenges.An advocate of great places to work; for me this means knowing what your company’s goals are and how they relate to what you, and others, do. Also important is doing what you are good at, and having a great balance in life wherever possible.More than ever this is important for women, for whom a having a career has only been the norm for recent generations. Many women with responsibility at work are forging a path that is new to them. And, many men are keen to find how this can be made more possible for their female colleagues, partners and team members, to gain the benefits of diversity at work.I apply the psychology of work in a meaningful way with my clients through coaching and consultancy, to help them arrive in a place they thought they'd never find.
