My journey began with a successful 15-year career in various Human Resources roles, where I ascended the corporate ranks. However, I eventually felt a sense of stagnancy, prompting me to ask difficult questions and explore integrating more of my passions into my life while maintaining balance and purpose. In 2022, I took a bold step by leaving my role as the Head of Recruitment at HMH to launch my own coaching business. This pivotal move allowed me to deepen my commitment to coaching and assist others in breaking free from feeling stuck, guiding them toward a clear path to reach their full potential.
