Like many lawyers, I started down a traditional career path: a judicial clerkship followed by litigation roles at a large regional law firm and an Am Law 100 firm. Unlike most lawyers, I made some significant pivots. I left the practice of law and pursued an alternative career path that included a teaching fellowship, work with legal AI companies, and career counseling in a top ranked law school in New York City. As an Associate Director of Career Services, I found my niche: coaching lawyers. I served as the primary advisor to the school's alumni, working with lawyers in law firms, nonprofits, government, and in-house legal departments on resume writing, job search strategy, professional development, and more. After nearly a decade of coaching, I've worked with lawyers and compliance professionals at companies such as Amazon, Apple, Google, KPMG, Meta, Microsoft, Verizon, and Walmart, other Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and the judiciary, Global 100 and Am Law 200 firms, and nonprofit and academic institutions. I partner with my clients to help them navigate job searches with confidence and develop compelling narratives that communicate their strengths and potential.
