I’m a Toronto-based career coach, counsellor, writer, and AI-enhanced practitioner focused on helping people find work that fits who they are. Through my work with Job Search by Heart, I support job seekers, career changers, and mid-career professionals in moving beyond discouraging, high-rejection job search methods and toward a more human, aligned, and effective approach. My work combines appreciative inquiry, narrative reflection, practical strategy, and ethical use of AI to help people identify their strengths, clarify their direction, communicate their value, and connect with opportunities that genuinely fit.
