In my early career I quickly developed a reputation for having a keen eye for talent and an ability to build teams comprised of individuals with diverse and complementary (not like) skills, perspectives, and styles. The key to successful teams is having and authentically leveraging the diversity of thought that each member brings. Since those early days, I broadened my HR knowledge into areas of employee relations, talent planning, learning & facilitation, and career planning. My professional focus today is on leader coaching, career planning, managing one's career skillfully, personal branding, executive presence, succession planning, employee engagement, training, and successful job search.
