Jonna Utriainen

I'm an empathic people person - planner, developer, executor and a coach, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with others, despite their profession or circumstances. I'm interested in one's inner motivation and best potential. Coaching, design thinking, and experimental development are my collaborative methods. I'm keen on developing wellbeing, and want to help people to find their interests and best potential to achieve their goals. I'm a member at Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Task Force at Aalto University's School of Arts, Design and Architecture. I work closely with university students, teachers and researchers as I'm alslo curating and supporting exhibitions, as well as Aalto ARTS graduation exhibition. I'm a planning officer, a solution-based career and team coach, accredited Insights Discovery Client Practitioner, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy instructor (MBCT), and a Master of Humanities/ Community developer. I have over 20-year history of working in the field of higher education in different roles supporting leadership, PhD students, Postdoctoral researchers, and service personnel.
