I’m a career and life coach for the creative and the bold (often both). Before building my coaching practice, I spent nearly 20 years inside the creative industry — leading teams, shaping culture, coaching interns to executives, and pioneering new successful roles that didn’t exist yet. My work has always centered around two core beliefs: 1. If you put people above the work and profit, we all benefit. 2. The quality of our relationships is the most precious currency. I created the Director of Culture & Wellness role at AKQA SF and later expanded it into Global Employee Experience, supporting 30 studios and 3,000+ people. I’ve held space for burnout, leveling up, reinvention, ambition, grief, career changes or pivots, breakthroughs, and the quiet question underneath it all: What do I actually want now? So when someone comes to me in a transition, a fuzzy period, or with a dream they’re almost afraid to say out loud, I already know the terrain. No crossroads is too daunting, no dream is too wild, and no change is too implausible. My clients come from all corners of the creative world — execs, teams, artists, strategists, makers, leaders, mothers, to multi-hyphenates. Their stories vary, but their desires share a through-line: * Hunger for clarity and alignment * Openness to deeper self-exploration * Belief that life can expand * Courage to choose what feels true * Commitment to their own growth To have expansive, enlivening conversations with people on this frequency is the greatest gift — and a natural continuation of my life’s work: helping people feel more alive, more aligned, and more themselves.
