In addition to Waterville Partners, I am co-founder of NET Collective Podcast, a resource hub for parents of teens, college students and young adults as they navigate life's transitions and challenges, from classroom, to college to careers, and beyond. My passionate and candid style, along with a proven framework, help clients utilize their unique internal compass to create practical career plans which lead them down a path to career fulfillment. Clients continue their career journey armed with tools to navigate the ever-changing career landscape, including AI. These services are provided primarily through individual coaching sessions (typically 5 sessions over 5 weeks) or accelerated workshops offered in small groups.
