Kelly Brown

I'm an ICF Certified Executive, Career, and Well-being Coach, Facilitator, and founder of Kelly Brown Coaching, LLC. I partner with professionals at all levels and working parents to help them navigate their lives and careers with confidence and clarity. Many clients come to me feeling stuck and/or in need of a new role. Some feel certain they need a change and others feel unsure whether to stay in their current role, make changes within their company, or explore entirely new options. I believe that career, life, and well-being are deeply integrated, which is why I work holistically with executives, working parents, and those in career transition to create lives and careers full of meaning, success, and joy. My coaching style is most often described as warm, effective, and life-changing and my group facilitation techniques are inclusive and customized to meet the needs of the group members. Besides my private practice, I'm proud to partner with organizations like the University of California, Berkeley as a contract Faculty Coach and with Parentaly as a Career Coach where I facilitate workshops, teach coaching skills, and coach parents through taking a parental leave without career disruption. I've been coaching working parents and professionals at all levels, including senior executives, both individually and in groups since 2014. My coaching approach is informed by certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, plus my credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a certified Be Body Positive Facilitator, I'm committed to providing a safe coaching space for everyone. My corporate background includes roles as an Account Executive at Google and in customized Executive Education at Duke Corporate Education. These experiences give me real-world insight into the challenges my clients face. I'm a graduate of Duke University with degrees in Psychology, Business, and Spanish. Though I've
