As a life-long learner and self-growth geek, I am continually reading the newest books on HR, workplace culture and leadership development; I love to use positive psychology tactics and change strategies to foster resilience, empowerment and breakthrough performance. I also love to focus on mindset and finding ways to overcome limiting beliefs in order to stretch into a better version of self. It started with me; learning about my own "Saboteurs" and using that knowledge to learn how to live each day with more energy, curiosity, joy and flexibility.
