I’ve spent over 20 years building and leading recruitment strategies across corporate and agency environments, and my passion has always been the same: helping people find work that truly lights them up. A few years ago, I was leading recruitment at Dentalcorp, managing a high-performing team, hiring over 500 professionals in a year, and hitting every goal on paper. But deep down, I felt stuck. I took a short break, just four weeks, to reset and rediscover what inspired me. That clarity led me to finally launch a business I’d dreamed about for years: Top Talent Recruiting. What began as a few personalized 1:1 career coaching sessions quickly grew into something much bigger, a successful coaching and recruitment firm, helping mid-career professionals rebuild confidence, refine their personal brand, and land meaningful roles. That success eventually inspired me to expand and create my signature online career coaching program, the Top Talent Brand Accelerator, along with a suite of individualized services like Career Coaching Calls, LinkedIn & Resume Glow-Ups, and Mock Interviews. Then something amazing happened: one of my corporate clients, True North DPO, loved the partnership so much that after just a couple of months of working together, they asked me to join their team as Talent Leader. It’s been the perfect full-circle moment, leading recruitment strategy for a growing dental organization while continuing to empower professionals to grow their careers through coaching and personal brand development. My work today bridges two passions: Recruiting and talent leadership for True North DPO, helping build strong dental teams and support future growth.
