I am an experienced communications strategist, project manager, published writer, and editor who excels in developing and implementing strategies for multifaceted communications initiatives. As the Senior Writer at Career Valet, I coach clients and work with them to uncover their accomplishments and value, empowering them to articulate to employers their unique career stories and expertise. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I transform narratives by reshaping resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, inspiring people to get a job they love. Prior to joining Career Valet, I was a solopreneur, founding Alley Global Advantage in 2009. I have lived and worked in Kuala Lumpur, Brussels, Athens, Paris, Mexico City, and Washington, D.C. I am known for effective stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and meeting deadlines in quick-turnaround settings. Key Accomplishments: * Opened and headed U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s first overseas office in Brussels, Belgium, building lasting relationships with EU institutions and counterpart business organizations around Europe. * Developed framework for and edited: “The Prologue: The Alternative Energy Megatrend in the Age of Great Power Competition” (published March 2021 by Post Hill Press). * Researched and wrote 1st countervailing duty petition successfully alleging that Chinese currency manipulation constituted a countervailable subsidy under U.S. law.
