Her role expanded in 2018 when she joined Greenlit Brands and quickly ascended to an Executive Position as Group General Manager of HR, where she crafted and executed people strategies for over 10,000 employees across 14 brands and business units. During her tenure, Lara navigated the company through significant strategic shifts, including mergers and acquisitions, ensuring the integrity of the corporate culture amidst change.
