I love working with people to help them find meaningful, purposeful, and satisfying work. One of the most important considerations to that end is to identify what people are naturally good at, their talents, and find ways for them to harness those talents. I also help individuals explore their interests, skills, and values as they relate to career choice to ensure they find a good career "fit". I also enjoy assisting with the more practical (and sometimes overwhelming and intimidating) aspects of the job search including resume writing, LinkedIn profile creation, and interviewing skills. In addition to my work as a career coach, I've been teaching yoga for over 15 years and love incorporating the many gifts of the hatha yoga tradition into my life and work.
