I work with neurodivergent adults, including those with high-functioning autism. I help my clients to identify rewarding career goals, and then get fulfilling and fairly-paid jobs. Far too many neuro-diverse individuals are either unemployed or under-employed, and I am not ok with that. I believe in coaching the whole person. I will focus on your best interests as a human being first, and as a successful professional second... even if you get shaky about that yourself. I am pragmatic and plain-spoken. And I do believe you can accomplish your dreams... if you are willing to do the work. My pre-coaching experience includes executive roles in higher education and leadership roles in the publishing, healthcare, and geospatial technology industries. I hold an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, a certification of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach (CELDC) from The Academies Coaching Certification.
