I’m one of those lucky people who is truly able to live my mission: to inspire greatness by honoring uniqueness. For many years now, I’ve done a mix of executive coaching, group coaching, career advising, and leadership development. In all these domains, I’m driven to help leaders of all stripes embody, amplify, and ignite thriving in themselves and their organizations. In my early career, I progressed through roles in software development, business process reengineering, project management, product management, and formal leadership. This foundation in business combined with the incredible knowledge I gain from working with such a wide variety and number of clients gives me a broad perspective I'm able to bring to every interaction.
