As an Employability and Career Development Specialist, I’ve managed government-funded projects, designed and facilitated workshops on soft skills, and built partnerships that connect training to real employment opportunities. As a Coach and Trainer, I bring a human-centered approach — combining empathy, structure, and actionable tools to inspire growth, motivation, and resilience. My mission is to create inclusive and empowering learning experiences that lead to real transformation — for individuals, organizations, and communities.
