** Thank you for visiting my profile. I'm currently pausing taking new clients. Best of luck in your search! I help my clients make informed decisions about their careers and navigate transitions, including layoffs, career changes, leaving toxic workplaces, and navigating chaotic mergers. I also help recent college graduates launch their careers despite canceled internships, science labs that went “virtual,” and other pandemic challenges. I’ve worked with clients in a range of industries, including healthcare, investment banking, law, IT, biotech, the arts, media, nonprofits/NGOs, government contractors, and federal employees transitioning to corporate work. I also welcome clients with two or more industries in their background. I have a master’s degree in counseling and worked for 2 years as a university career counselor (Go Hoyas!), and a year as a recruiter, so I’ve seen the job hunt from multiple angles. I founded MLT Career Services in 2010. I take the time to get to know my clients’ stories, emphasize strengths. I especially enjoy helping my clients learn more about themselves and the always evolving world of work. I'm always open to connecting with like-minded professionals.
