I'm a people and goal-oriented business professional, who loves helping and empowering other people. As a Career Coach I’m responsible for coaching individuals and groups in various job search related matters. I have also a role in the RekryKoulutus as a coach (sales). I have a strong experience in corporate business and before my current two roles in Y4 Works Oy, I have worked my whole career in Sales ( Sales Manager and Head of b2B Sales).  My main tasks included networking, sales (B2B, new business sales, consultative sales), company co-operation,  customer relationship management,  HR and as well as interviewing people.  I’m also a certified Työvalmentaja and in October 2021 I graduated Työyhteisösovittelija from Oulun Yliopisto. I am a social person and it is natural for me to create long-term relationships with clients and partners. I believe in the power of communication, networks and emotional intelligence in leadership. I do my work with positive energy and with my heart. My life mission is to help other people in finding their true purpose and calling in life.
