I have a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration (specializing in Management and Organization and Human Resources Management). In addition, I have completed university-level career coaching specialization studies at UEF and constantly developing my skills as a career specialist. Skilled in career coaching and client work, developing up-to-date career services and tools and providing career related expertise. Previously worked in HR and recruitment: from HR agency to in-house recruiting I have grown my skills in HR, end-to-end recruiting, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding. Highly interested in motivational theories, career designing, future careers, employee experience & engagement and talent & leadership development. A continuous learner, creative writer & visualizer, who enjoys team work, problem solving and helping others.
