As an Arizona native and University of Arizona Alum, I am now working as a Career Coach in the University of Arizona College of Science where I connect with students, university staff, and industry to help our amazing wildcats build the skills and confidence to excel in meaningful career paths. All of my experience, personal and professional, revolves around helping people thrive. For over a decade I served as a public high school biology teacher where I specialized in academic and emotional skills mentoring. During this time I also coached a variety of sports from middle school to collegiate level where I was recognized for my mental coaching and inclusivity. I am also RYT-200 yoga teacher certified, and training in a mindfulness meditation teacher certification program.
