I'm a student affairs educator passionate in working with diverse populations of college students, particularly students who identify as a student of color, first-generation, low-income and South-east Asian American. My approach to supporting students is through using frameworks of student development theories, counseling and multicultural competency, in which I aim to advocate for access and inclusion for these student populations as they transition and move through their college career. I'm also passionate about providing inclusive career readiness and academic support for college students to make progress towards their career goals.
