Nashara Ellerbee

I am a psychology student at Colorado State University with a passion for mental health and helping others. I currently work at the CSU Career Center as a Peer Career Coach, where I assist students in exploring career paths, refining their resumes, and developing professional skills. I have also spent the past eight years working with the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver, building strong relationships with youth and providing them with tools to manage their emotions effectively. My goal is to become a sports psychologist, working with professional athletes and teams to support their mental well-being. After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to pursue higher education in psychology. Beyond my career in sports psychology, I aspire to launch my own mental health brand, offering affordable and accessible resources, such as guided journals and coping tools, to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, and overall mental wellness.
