I am a highly experienced, accredited Career and Executive Coach, having spent18 years helping business professionals navigate tough career challenges. I offer personalised individual and group coaching sessions. I run a private practice and also coach INSEAD Business School alumni and EMBAs. As Senior Coach at Career Returners (previously Women Returners), I have run over 40 Corporate Coaching Programmes over the last 10 years. I believe that I offer a unique understanding of business issues through my 12 years as a Management Consultant, combined with expertise in organizational psychology and what makes us who we are. I have both an MBA and a Diploma in Clinical Organisational Psychology from INSEAD. I am an accredited coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching. In addition to my coaching work, I team up with faculty at London Business School as a Learning Partner / Facilitator/ Coach on Executive Education programmes. I have developed a robust programme to help business professionals make crucial choices at various points in their careers, centred around a very clear career story. I firmly believe that the key to a happy career and life is to be clear on who we are, what makes us unique (including our experience and strengths) and how to make sense of it based on our purpose and where we are trying to get to.
