Along with plenty of practical tools in my toolbox, I have two Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Theology and post-graduate certification as a Career Development Practitioner, training in mentoring and coaching, and I’m a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQi 2.0 and EQi 360) and an MBTI Facilitator.
