At some point in most careers, “what’s next?” becomes more than a passing thought. That’s where I come in. I’m a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) and Career Transition Coach, and I help professionals navigate career change with clarity, confidence, and intention—whether that means growing internally, making a strategic pivot, or figuring things out after job loss. I work with people across roles, industries, and sectors, including public, private, and non-profit organizations. Mid-career, senior-level, newcomers to Canada, career changers—if you’re thinking about your next move, you’re in the right place. What sets my coaching apart is my background. Before coaching, I spent over 20 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR, working with hundreds of hiring managers and organizations—from boutique firms to large global companies. I understand how hiring really works, what decision-makers look for, and how to position experience in a way that actually lands. I specialize in career transitions, internal mobility, outplacement, and career pivots, supporting clients with career decision-making, job search strategy, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, networking, and interview prep. I also help clients use AI tools in practical ways to make the process easier and less overwhelming. I bring lived experience to this work. I’ve been through career changes myself, including unexpected job loss and outplacement. I’ve had a coach. I know what it feels like. That’s why my approach is supportive, realistic, and never cookie-cutter. No pressure. No judgment. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I design and deliver engaging webinars and group coaching on career topics like personal branding, networking, LinkedIn, and job search strategy. My style is practical, conversational, and easy to follow—more real talk, less lecture. I genuinely love this work.
