My work focuses on creating programs and resources that support people as they step into new opportunities, whether advancing in their careers, shifting industries, or pursuing further education. I’m especially interested in helping others not just manage times of transition but truly thrive in and through them. As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, I bring a strengths-based approach to empowering individuals to identify what they do best and apply it with confidence. A few recent experiences and life highlights: * Passed the exam to become a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) * Became a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) * Had a PR for 2 back-to-back 5K races - Fifty Yard Finish 5K at the Buffalo Bills' stadium and the Glen Iris 5K Trail Run at Letchworth State Park * Reviewed proposals for the 32nd National Conference on Students in Transition through the National Resource Center for the First-Year Experience and Students in Transition (University of South Carolina) and attended the Students in Transition Conference, October 2025 * Facilitated annual CliftonStrengths workshops for Leadership Allegany and the Student Financial Services Office team * Awarded with the "Outstanding Initiative" member-nominated certificate from the Western New York Association of College Career Centers, Inc. (WNYACCC) * Led a 2-year Program Development Grant from the Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education (NetVUE) to create an experiential course for seniors to support the transition out of college including travel to New York City and the Adirondack Mountains (2023-2025) * Served on the Executive Board of WNYACCC, Inc. as President-Elect (2023-2024) followed by term as President (2024-2025) CliftonStrengths top five themes: Adaptability, Input, Ideation, Harmony, Achiever Beyond the job titles, my life is rich as I cheer on my kids in their *many* endeavors, tackle home projects, and up-cycling worn out items into something new
