I enable individuals to connect their skills, values, and interests to career opportunities. I enjoy ideas and work to help others think outside the box to solve problems or approach opportunities. Practically, I work to build training opportunities for those interested in pursuing biomedical research, particularly in the areas of Kidney, Urology, and Non-Malignant Hematology. I provide development opportunities and engage in important communications and grant work to train the next generation of scholars. My professional experience includes, career development and coaching, corporate recruiting, college recruitment and outreach, international programs, academic advising, teaching, and distance education.
