I am a passionate and driven Human Resources professional currently pursuing my Master’s in Human Resources Management at the University of Texas at Arlington. With a foundation in psychology and a deep commitment to people-centric strategies, I’m dedicated to helping organizations and individuals thrive. In my role as a Career Coach at UTA, I guide students in career development, resume building, and interview preparation—enhancing my ability to understand talent needs, foster growth, and build meaningful professional connections. Previously, as an International Student Advisor, I supported diverse student populations, strengthening my communication, problem-solving, and cultural competence. I’m eager to apply my skills in talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations to create positive workplace experiences and drive organizational success.
