My passion for coaching comes from seeing the potential in others and helping them set and achieve their goals. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of their journey as they grow and thrive. Success, I believe, is rooted in identifying clear goals and crafting a focused plan for reaching them. Realistic solutions—those that are specific, measurable, attainable, results-driven, and time-bound—can empower people to meet and even exceed their expectations. I’m deeply committed to encouraging clients and guiding them as they uncover their true potential. The best solutions are the ones people create themselves, drawing from their own dreams, experiences, knowledge, and skills. Helping others discover this is something I truly enjoy. I’m a Special Forces combat veteran with a proven track record of success through unconventional solutions. My deep understanding of human intelligence, psychology, and sociology has allowed me to drive meaningful change. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse populations, gaining valuable intercultural awareness and honing my ability to navigate different cultural norms and values. As an accomplished Project Lead and Senior Instructor in the government contracting sector, I’ve developed strong leadership skills. In my supervisory roles, I found great fulfillment in coaching others, helping them grow, providing accountability, and navigating tough conversations that fostered development. I’m a clear and effective communicator in a variety of settings, and I bring expertise in Crisis Management, Intelligence Analysis, Government, Emergency Management, and Law Enforcement. I hold a Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, further strengthening my foundation in these fields.
