I’m a compassionate and committed professional with a strong background in education, mental health, and employability support. My passion lies in empowering others to overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes whether in learning, work, or personal development. Currently, I work as a Career Coach at Catch22, delivering personalised, wrap-around support to individuals seeking to upskill, re-engage with employment, or build digital confidence through partnerships with organisations such as Microsoft and Salesforce. My experience also includes providing support to individuals on probation as a Personal Wellbeing Advisor at Ingeus, where I specialised in one-to-one coaching, mental health awareness, and social reintegration. My academic background reflects a deep commitment to personal and professional growth, including an Undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature and a Postgraduate Certificate in Interpersonal and Counselling Skills (Distinction). I’m also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and an accredited member of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP).
