Ryan Lipsker

I serve as a Career Coach and Employer Relations Specialist at the Calvin University Career Center, where I work closely with students as they explore what’s next and begin turning ideas into direction. I enjoy helping students identify opportunities that align with who they are and what they’re working toward—and connecting them with employers who are eager to invest in early talent. One of the most meaningful parts of my role is leading the Career Exploration Program. Watching students gain clarity through hands-on experiences and real conversations is incredibly rewarding, and it reinforces my belief that career development is as much about relationships as it is about resumes.
