As a career coach at CareerCatchers, Inc., I help clients from diverse backgrounds and industries achieve their career goals and aspirations. I develop and deliver workshops on topics such as resume writing, interviewing skills, networking, and career exploration, tailored to the needs and interests of each group. I also provide one-on-one coaching and counseling, using creative strategies and conflict resolution practices to address the various challenges and barriers that each client faces. I have a degree in International Relations and Business Administration from Salisbury University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to work effectively in multicultural and global contexts. I have a passion for learning about different cultures and perspectives, and I use my cultural awareness and communication skills to build and maintain meaningful relationships with businesses and industry representatives, as well as with my colleagues and clients. I am proficient in software and procedures such as Salesforce, Formstak, Microsoft Office, social media management, leadership development training, outsourcing, and document translation (Spanish to English and vice versa).
