Armed with a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos, my recent role as a Research Assistant at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego honed my ability to contribute to pediatric emergency care research. Our team's dedication to improving health outcomes for children inspired my daily efforts, which included conducting study visits, data management, and fostering patient engagement. Previously, as a Surgical Lift Technician/Transporter at Scripps Health, I developed health education materials and mastered sterile processing, enhancing our operating room's efficiency and infection control. These experiences, coupled with my academic background in Global Health, drive my commitment to advancing environmental health and safety in healthcare settings.
