I'm a workforce development manager with several years of experience in the field. Thanks to my work, I've made deep connections with the Department of Transitional Assistance, both locally in Boston and with state-wide program heads. I've lead a small team in improving program performance, created training materials that are now a state-wide standard for programs. I'm a technical, structural, data-driven sort of manager who strives to help those under me meet the dual expectations of providing client-based services while still meeting expectations from our contract partners. In the past I've assisted with the development of the MAICEI program at Bristol Community College, creating a career exploration curriculum and teaching it to program students while training paraprofessionals on the differences between a high school and college classroom environment.
