Hey y'all! If you’ve made it here, prepare yourself for some goofiness plus a lot of organization. I'm a Program Operations and Coordination professional who loves taking complicated processes and making them simple so teams can hit their goals. My main focus is on using data and clear language to build out standard operating procedures (SOPs). I want to make sure operations run smoothly and can be scalable, while having fun doing it. I especially enjoy cross-team collaboration and building engaging and pretty knowledge management resources for operational tasks to make sure teams understand what’s going on.
