It's exciting for me to help people from all over the world to find the right job opportunities to utilize their skills and experience. I take a deep interest in who people are, what they are passionate about, and what they love to do. The world is a better place when we are able to use our strengths and abilities to serve others. My strengths are communication, learnability, networking, knowledge, adaptability and perseverance. Through application of these strengths, I have lead international teams, navigated foreign governmental bureaucracy, published books, initiated sport and cultural exchanges, and raised three third-culture children. Now I am turning my focus to helping others to prepare and search for international employment.
