Sian Morgan

I provide career coaching to clients on an individual or corporate basis. I also undertake ad hoc interim HR assignments. I am an ICF-accredited career coach and much of my recent work has been focused on individuals who are experiencing challenges in the workplace. Some examples include those struggling with a difficult manager or team member, being made redundant, or finding new employment. I also have extensive experience helping people through a career transition, such as making an impact in a new job role or working towards a goal such as a promotion. In addition, I'm a chartered people professional, with over twenty years of experience as a senior HR business partner. I've worked successfully in a variety of sectors including technology, engineering, and media, and have worked in both UK and global teams. As a business partner, I enjoy building strong and productive relationships and I possess a best-practice yet commercial approach that is focused on helping leaders get the most from their people. I have an in-depth knowledge of HR best practice across the full employee lifecycle with a particularly keen interest in inclusion and diversity.
